Position: Accounts & Logistics Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups

✅ Maintain records of expenses, receivables, and financial transactions

✅ Coordinate with clients and transport operations teams

✅ Generate new business leads and develop relationships with potential customers

✅ Identify opportunities for freight, transportation, and logistics contracts

✅ Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and support business development activities

✅ Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry

✔ Knowledge of basic accounting, GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping

✔ Strong communication and client-handling skills

✔ Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software (Tally preferred)

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve business targets

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

* 1–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, accounts, sales, or related fields

* Existing industry network and customer connections will be an added advantage
