Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily Accounts Payable operations.
• Process and review vendor invoices, credit notes, and employee reimbursements in SAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing through bank transfers, cheques, and electronic payments.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
• Resolve vendor queries, payment discrepancies, and aging issues.
• Monitor AP aging reports and ensure adherence to payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP ledger balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, treasury, taxation, and finance teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and SAP optimization.
• Prepare MIS reports, AP dashboards, and management summaries.
• Mentor and guide junior AP team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
