Accounts Receivable Representative Full Time

Job Purpose – The Accounts Receivable Executive will manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of SOAs. They will reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and monitor aging accounts while collaborating with internal teams to address invoice issues. The role requires proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP), Excel, and maintaining customer relationships for prompt payments.

Responsibilities –

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records

• Process and send SOA to customers in a timely manner

• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes

• Apply payments and credits to customer accounts

• Monitor and report on aging accounts and collections

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues and improve the process

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolve any issues

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel and English language is a must

Requirements –

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance-based

• Good Communication skills

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivables
