Accountant – Apartment Association
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our Apartment Association. The role involves:
- Preparing and issuing maintenance invoices to residents
- Recording collections and tracking payments
- Performing bank reconciliations and managing petty cash
- Handling vendor payments and ensuring timely disbursements
- Raising invoices for other income categories
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MyGate software (mandatory)
This position requires a professional who is not only skilled in accounting practices but also adept at managing community finances with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
