ACM- VIBES Green Park Full Time NEW

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) to support daily operations at our VIBES Green Park clinic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the beauty, wellness, or slimming industry with strong leadership and sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing overall clinic operations and team performance
• Drive clinic sales and achieve monthly targets
• Handle client consultations and ensure excellent customer experience
• Monitor staff productivity, grooming, and service quality
• Support marketing activities and lead generation initiatives
• Maintain reports, MIS, and daily operational updates
• Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, therapists, and doctors

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Beauty / Wellness / Slimming industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Leadership and team handling experience
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
