Around Always is a premium handcrafted footwear and accessories brand focused on bridal, festive, and occasion wear. We work with in-house design, embroidery and manufacturing units to create made-to-order, comfort-first footwear for bride & groom across India and globally.

About the Founder

Shreya Dabriwal is a Gold Medallist Textile Designer from NIFT, Kolkata, batch of 2015. She’s the brains and designs of our organization. She is supported by her co-founder Yash Dabriwal, who is an IIM-Calcutta MBA, 2018 and a Gold-Medallist CA, May ’14.

We are looking to expand our team and add a Founder’s office Associate under the supervision of Shreya Dabriwal with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

• Manage accounting transactions, with a particular focus on import and export entries (documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with the CA / finance partner).
• Maintain clean, audit-ready records and flag discrepancies early.

Revenue & Channel Expansion

• Explore and unlock new revenue streams across online and offline channels, including inter-city exhibitions, trunk shows, multi-brand stores, and curated pop-ups.
• Own the planning, logistics, and on-ground execution for offline events from start to finish.

Designer & Stylist Collaborations

• Identify, pitch, and secure collaborations with designers, stylists, and tastemakers for premium brand placements, capsule collections, and editorial moments.
• Manage the relationship lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting basics, and post-launch reporting.

Fundraising Support

• Assist the founder on fundraising-related work: investor research, deck inputs, data room organisation, and follow-ups.

Marketing & Visibility

• •Help drive marketing on the right channels (Meta Ads, influencer, PR, partnerships) to ensure consistent brand visibility with the right audience.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications

We value skills and results.

• B.Com(H), BBA or other similar qualification with 0-2 years of experience
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel, PPT and MS Word
• Prior experience in accounts or production management is preferred

A candidate likely to pursue MBA post a year or two with us is highly likely to benefit from this opportunity.
