Admin and Operations Executive Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning across teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end administrative and operational activities
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor invoices, and payment processing
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and internal processes
• Handle vendor management, negotiations, billing, and service coordination
• Manage office infrastructure, supplies, and facility-related requirements
• Track and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost control
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoice payments.
• Initiate vendor bill payments through the bank.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting tasks.
• Taking Ownership of and handling all accounts-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
• Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and general admin support
• Follow up on tasks across teams and ensure timely closure
• Identify gaps in operations and proactively implement solutions
• Act as a single point of contact for all admin and operations-related matters
