Admin Associate Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and manage vendors (facilities, IT, supplies, security, catering) ensuring compliance with organizational and grant requirements.
• Maintain vendor contracts and records – track renewal dates, terms, insurance, licenses, and background checks (critical for child/vulnerable population safety).
• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders – verify against budgets, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate payments with finance.
• Monitor vendor performance – gather internal feedback, address service issues, and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage office operations – oversee supplies inventory, mail distribution, facility work orders, and serve as first point of contact for visitors/calls.
• Support meetings and events – schedule internal meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and assist with event logistics (e.g., parent-teacher conferences, donor receptions).
• Assist with grant and compliance reporting – collect vendor quotes, maintain procurement documentation, and support data entry for enrollment or program participant systems

Must have 2+ years of experience in Education or NPO industry.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
