Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin cum Business Executive role based in Vadodara. The Admin cum Business Executive will manage day-to-day office administration, including front-desk operations, facility coordination, vendor and service management, and basic documentation. The role involves supporting clients with workspace requirements, handling inquiries and walk-ins, coordinating office setup and meeting room bookings, and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out experience. The individual will assist in basic business development activities such as responding to leads, preparing proposals, maintaining client records, and supporting marketing or networking initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service standards and a professional, client-focused environment.
Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including handling documentation, scheduling, and basic office management.
• Customer service and client relationship abilities, with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic business development and sales support skills, such as managing inquiries, preparing simple proposals, and maintaining client databases.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with IT-enabled office systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Vadodara, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field is desirable.
