Coordinate with vendors, AMC providers, internet providers, and service agencies.
Maintain records of agreements, licenses, bills, invoices, and office assets.
Support travel bookings, meeting room scheduling, and event arrangements.
Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assist HR in attendance records, employee onboarding logistics, ID cards, seating arrangements, etc.
Manage petty cash and routine expense tracking.
Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, CCTV, biometric systems, and basic networking.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues.
Install and update software, antivirus, and operating systems.
Manage data backup, file sharing systems, and access controls.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced issues.
Support Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and project software.
Maintain IT asset register and warranty/AMC tracking.
Ensure cyber hygiene, password policies, and system security practices.
Act as single point contact for office admin + IT support.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and internal processes.
Improve systems, automate routine processes, and suggest cost-saving measures.
