Nature Villa is a boutique lifestyle service villa set within an 80-year-old heritage property in Aluva, Ernakulam. Along with premium guest accommodation and restaurant services, we operate a growing hospitality, travel, and tourism ecosystem including:

We are expanding our operations and are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Cum MIS Executive to manage administrative coordination and data-driven reporting across hospitality and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Operations

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records
• Coordinate with internal teams for front office, reservations, vendors, and operations
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational requirements

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare, update, and analyze MIS reports related to operations, finance, reservations, and occupancy
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
• Track expenses, billing, vendor payments, and operational data
• Provide accurate data insights to support management decision-making

Coordination & Support

• Support guest services, reservations, and travel desk coordination
• Assist management with operational tracking and performance summaries
• Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy across departments

Candidate Profile – Must-Have Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Administration / MIS / Front Office / Reservations✔ Experience in hospitality, travel, hotel, resort, or service villa operations preferred✔ Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam and/or Hindi preferred)✔ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Workspace✔ Good analytical skills with attention to detail✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines✔ Willing to work full-time, on-site in Aluva, Kochi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
