Qualifications
- Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills to manage daily office operations and documentation.
- Experience in executive administrative assistance, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on tasks and meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort with maintaining digital records and databases.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a structured, time-bound setting.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline; additional certificates in office administration are an advantage.
