KRA: Admin Manager – Lamba Hyundai
1. Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance
o Ensure 100% upkeep of the showroom and workshop (cleanliness, lighting, AC, and general repairs).
o Conduct regular audits of the premises to identify and fix maintenance issues before they impact customers.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
o Manage and evaluate performance of third-party vendors (Security, Housekeeping, AMC providers).
o Timely renewal of contracts and ensuring all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
3. Asset & Inventory Control
o Maintain an up-to-date asset register for all dealership equipment and furniture.
o Monitor and optimize the consumption of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items to reduce wastage.
4. Statutory Compliances & Licensing
o Ensure all trade licenses, fire safety permits, and other government regulations are renewed on time.
o Liaise with local authorities and departments as needed for smooth business operations.
5. Cost Optimization
o Keep monthly administrative expenses (electricity, water, stationery) within the approved budget.
o Negotiate better rates with suppliers to reduce overhead costs.
6. Health, Safety & Security
o Implement and monitor safety protocols across all branches (Okhla, etc.).
o Oversee security personnel and CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and vehicles.
7. Event & Travel Support
o Coordinate logistics for company events, new car launches, and internal training sessions.
o Manage travel bookings and accommodation for the management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹59,999.00 per month
