Job Requirement : Helpdesk Executive

Experience required: 1+Years

Salary: 3 LPA

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to users via call, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Create, update, and resolve service tickets within defined timelines.
• Perform user account creation, password reset, and access management.
• Support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and basic networking issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned technical teams.
• Maintain incident records and prepare support reports.

Required Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and ticketing tools.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / IT-related qualification (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
