We are looking for a proactive, organised, and warm individual to manage first client enquiries, front office coordination, client follow-ups, housekeeping supervision, and administrative support at Cee Bee Design Studio.
The role also includes assisting the CEO with daily planning and coordination, while supporting the HR Lead in organising employee engagement activities, office events, workshops, and team coordination initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming enquiries and warming up clients for studio visits
* Coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and CMS updates
* Managing front office hospitality and office upkeep
* Supervising housekeeping and office readiness
* Assisting in daily scheduling, reminders, and operational coordination for leadership
* Supporting HR activities, employee events, celebrations, and internal engagement initiatives
* Coordinating documentation, communication, vendors, and basic admin tasks
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organisational ability, a hospitality mindset, and the confidence to coordinate across teams while maintaining a professional and welcoming client experience.
