Admin & Support Incomming Calls Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Call Handling

• Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information
• Route calls to the appropriate department when required
• Maintain call logs and records

2. Customer Support

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow up on pending queries

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-ups
• Handle basic documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR, etc.)

4. Data Management

• Record call details and customer interactions
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
