Your responsibilities?

• Support daily accounting and administrative operations.
• Process and maintain financial and administrative documentation.
• Assist with invoice processing, payments, accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Support reporting, month-end closing activities and financial data preparation.
• Coordinate office administration, correspondence and travel arrangements when required.
• Cooperate with internal departments, suppliers, banks and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, accounting standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives.

Our expectations:

• Must be based in Vadodara, India as it is full-time, office-based (stationary) position.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting, finance or administrative role.
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
