Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements, visa processing, guest house management, and hospitality requirements.
Manage courier operations, logistics coordination, material transfers, and related documentation.
Assist in facility management activities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and office infrastructure support.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, housekeeping materials, and administrative services.
Maintain records of petty cash, administrative expenses, invoices, agreements, licenses, and other administrative documents.
Ensure timely availability of stationery, office supplies, and workplace resources across locations.
Support employee facility requirements, meeting arrangements, visitor management, and reception-related activities.
Assist in organizing office events, employee engagement activities, festival gifting, and other administrative initiatives.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support to various offices and business locations as required.
