Administrative Executive / Operations Administrator Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations, with a strong focus on purchasing and order processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders
• Process sales and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on order status and deliveries
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and delivery records
• Support inventory coordination and basic stock tracking (if applicable)
• Prepare reports and updates related to operations and orders
• Manage general office administration such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
• Assist with coordination of logistics and deliveries
• Others ad-hoc work, if required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative or operations roles
• Experience in purchasing, order processing, or coordination work is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and accountability
