Role Description

Techiegigs is seeking a dedicated Admissions Intern for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Admissions Intern will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and providing information about the courses offered. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential applicants, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with student recruitment efforts, and supporting the sales team in achieving enrollment targets. This is an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills and acquire hands-on experience in admissions and education.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and stakeholders
• Experience in customer service and sales to address inquiries and promote courses
• Knowledge or experience in student recruiting and education-related processes
• Interest or background in digital marketing and training programs is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
