About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to support enterprise-level customer analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Adobe CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer journey reporting, and analytics-driven business insights.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and leadership to build scalable reporting frameworks and customer journey measurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions within Adobe ecosystem
• Work on AEP to CJA data integration and reporting workflows

Build And Manage

• Data Views
• Connections
• Calculated Metrics
• Derived Fields
• Develop customer journey reporting, attribution analysis, and executive dashboards
• Work with large-scale datasets and enterprise analytics frameworks
• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Support marketing and customer analytics use cases across digital channels

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integrations
• Good understanding of Adobe Analytics and enterprise reporting architecture
• Strong SQL and analytical skills
• Experience in customer journey analysis and attribution reporting
• Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Good To Have

• Experience with B2B analytics and marketing measurement frameworks
• Exposure to enterprise governance models and large datasets
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models
