Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Agency Recruiter at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Agency Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding agency advisors and insurance agents through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks. Daily tasks include screening profiles, conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ suitability for sales and distribution roles, and coordinating the selection and offer process. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand manpower needs, planning recruitment campaigns, and tracking recruitment metrics and pipeline status. The Agency Recruiter will also support new joiners through initial orientation, coordinate with training teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with SBI Life’s values and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment for sales and distribution roles.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and local community outreach.
• Solid relationship-management skills to collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, training teams, and external partners.
• Competence in data-driven recruitment, including tracking metrics, maintaining reports, and using ATS or HR systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring and tight timelines.
• Understanding of insurance, financial services, or field sales hiring; experience in life insurance agency recruitment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
