Job Overview

Payroll, Corporate, MIS, Financials, Audit Work, Fixed Assets

Key Responsibilities

A) Payroll

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and full statutory compliance
• Ensure adherence to tax laws and promptly resolve payroll-related issues
• Handle employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality
• Drive payroll efficiency through automation and performance monitoring
• Validate investment proofs to ensure accurate tax deductions

B) Corporate & Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit compliance
• Provide financial insights for decision-making and cost optimization
• Review inter-company transactions for accuracy and compliance

C) Process, Controls & MIS

• Implement expense management systems for better cost control and analysis
• Streamline accounting processes through automation and KPI tracking
• Establish internal controls and conduct audits for fixed asset management
• Generate MIS reports including depreciation, capex, and asset performance
• Ensure accuracy of financial records through reconciliations and monthly reviews

D) Other Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting team performance
• Manage SAP master data ensuring accuracy and consistency across functions
• Support additional responsibilities assigned by management with flexibility

Qualifications

Qualified CA with corporate experience 4 to 5 years

Key Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of salary structures and compensation components
• Extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, audit compliance and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Experience in Ind AS and Indian GAAP
• Preparation of budgets, variance analysis, Cash flow, business plans, and investment reporting
• Working experience in SAP
