Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager – Quality (Hospital) based in Gurugram. The individual will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality systems across hospital operations, ensuring adherence to established standards and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include leading quality audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain excellence in healthcare delivery. The AGM – Quality will also play a critical role in mentoring staff, formulating quality assurance policies, and preparing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Management practices
• Proficiency in Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies
• Demonstrated skills in Quality Assurance and Auditing
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with quality accreditation processes, such as CAP or NABH, is advantageous
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic qualifications, preferably in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in quality management, particularly within the healthcare or hospital sector
