Responsible AI Analyst – Job Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in AI, AI governance, model risk, or technology risk/compliance, with hands-on exposure to the AI lifecycle
- Review and assess AI-based applications to identify ethical, regulatory, privacy, and model-related risks, and create clear Responsible AI assessment reports
- Run Responsible AI review forums with cross-functional stakeholders and drive risk-based decision making
- Define and implement risk classification frameworks, assessment templates, and governance processes
- Collaborate with data science, product, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles and recommend mitigation strategies (bias, fairness, explainability, privacy)
- Establish documentation, tracking, and scalable workflows to support audits and future team expansion
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; exposure to regulated industries or pharma supply chain is a plus
