Aurex Real Estate is looking for an AI & Backend Operations Specialist to help us build and manage AI-powered systems, automations, and website/backend operations.

We are searching for someone who understands modern AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude while also being capable of handling backend workflows, integrations, CRM systems, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize AI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and related tools

• Handle website backend operations and updates

• Manage CRM systems, lead automations, and integrations

• Build AI-assisted systems for marketing and sales operations

• Coordinate with developers/designers for technical improvements

• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot backend issues

• Research and implement new AI tools and automation solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and prompt engineering

• Experience with website backend panels, CMS platforms, or admin dashboards

• Knowledge of APIs, automation workflows, and CRM systems

• Understanding of WordPress, hosting, domains, or integrations is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
