We are looking for a high-energy Digital Campaigns & Growth Executive with strong exposure to Google Ads, client interaction, and sales-driven marketing.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on campaign execution experience + client-facing exposure, who can drive performance marketing outcomes while managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital Campaign Execution (Core Focus)

• Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns for performance and ROI
• Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization
• Monitor campaign metrics: CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI

🔹 Client Interaction & Growth Support

• Engage with clients to understand business goals and campaign needs
• Provide basic consultation and performance updates
• Identify opportunities for upselling and campaign improvements

🔹 Performance Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze campaign data and suggest optimization strategies
• Track performance using Google Ads, analytics tools, and dashboards
• Prepare reports with actionable insights

🔹 Lead Generation & Sales Alignment

• Support lead generation campaigns and outbound initiatives
• Align marketing efforts with revenue and conversion goals
• Contribute to sales-driven marketing strategies

🔹 Marketing & Automation Support

• Assist in email marketing and automation workflows (HubSpot, etc.)
• Support SEO and digital marketing activities when required

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads / Digital Marketing / Sales-driven roles
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, keyword research, and ad optimization
• Strong client communication and consultation skills
• Exposure to sales, upselling, or customer interaction roles
• Basic understanding of analytics, marketing funnels, and performance metrics

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads, HubSpot, Excel, or analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO and lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
