Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an AI Generation Designer. The AI Generation Designer will create compelling visual content using AI-driven tools and platforms, transforming briefs and concepts into high-quality images, graphics, and layouts for digital and print campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative and account teams to understand client objectives, generating AI-based design variations, and refining outputs to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The role also involves curating and organizing AI assets, optimizing prompts and workflows, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, originality, and timeline requirements. The designer will stay current with emerging AI design technologies and contribute ideas to improve creative processes and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar) and prompt-based image generation.
• Proficiency with standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative tools.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into clear AI prompts and refine outputs through iterative experimentation.
• Comfort working with digital assets for social media, display ads, print, and other marketing channels.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with copywriters, art directors, and account managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated designs and traditional design work.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of advertising and marketing fundamentals; agency experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, experiment with new AI tools, and adapt to evolving creative workflows.
