Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated AI/ML Freshers to join our growing team. As part of AAVIL INC, you will work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions while gaining valuable hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
2. Support data preprocessing, data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
3. Collaborate with senior AI engineers and data scientists on research, experimentation, and model development.
4. Implement machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and prediction tasks.
5. Contribute to AI/ML prototypes, proof-of-concept projects, and technical documentation.
6. Participate in model testing, validation, performance tuning, and optimization.
7. Stay updated with emerging trends, research papers, and tools in AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Understanding of data analysis, probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Interest or exposure to Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn modern AI frameworks and industry best practices.

Preferred (Good to Have)

1. Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in AI/ML, Computer Vision, NLP, or related domains.
2. Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Power BI.
3. Familiarity with MLOps concepts, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.
4. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
5. Experience working with GPU-based training environments and modern AI development workflows.
6. Knowledge of industry-specific applications in analytics, automation, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise AI.
