Job Summary

We are seeking a AI Products Expert – Enterprise Planning with deep expertise in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and Data Science/AI to drive innovation in our IBP process. You will act as a bridge between IBP functions (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, financial integration, procurement, logistics etc.) and the Data Science/AI teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that optimize performance across the entire IBP value chain. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in advanced analytics, data modelling, AI/ML, with a passion for converting complex business problems into scalable, intelligent data products.

Job Highlights & Main Responsibilities

• Business & Functional Expertise
• Serve as the subject matter expert across key FMCG functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Operations), understanding their planning and operational needs.
• Translate business challenges into actionable data and AI product requirements.
• Strong familiarity with functional KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, financial variances, customer/channel performance, procurement efficiencies, and marketing ROI.
• Data Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of data-driven products (e.g., AI models, forecasting tools) that improve supply chain efficiency, inventory management, demand forecasting, and optimization.
• AI & Data Science Leadership: Spearhead the use of AI/ML to solve complex supply chain challenges—implement predictive analytics, demand forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.
• Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between supply chain teams and data science, engineering, and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Data Modeling & Management: Oversee the design and integration of robust data models and pipelines, ensuring high-quality, accurate data flows amongst IBP, supply chain systems and data science tools.
• Forecasting & Analytics: Implement and improve demand forecasting models using AI and machine learning techniques to enhance decision-making, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of data-driven practices across the supply chain, continuously refining processes and performance through insights and analytics.

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience:

10+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, business planning, or data product management in FMCH or similar industries. At

least 6+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML to real-world business processes. Strong

background working with cross-functional teams and enterprise planning processes. Experience

designing and deploying LLM-powered and agentic AI solutions (RAG, autonomous agents) using OpenAI API, Claude, and frameworks like LangChain. Strong understanding of MCP-based integrations, embeddings, and scalable AI systems. Proven

track record leading AI-driven product initiatives (e.g., forecasting models, optimization algorithms, predictive analytics).

• Technical

Skills: Expertise in data management (SQL), AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and machine learning algorithms applied to supply chain data. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and building data pipelines.

• Product Management Skills: Strong product management background, with experience in defining roadmaps, executing AI-driven initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams. Ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable data products and solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex AI and data science concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance, IT, data science) to align on goals and deliver results.
• Proven track record leading AI-driven product initiatives (e.g., forecasting models, optimization algorithms, predictive analytic.
• Preferred:
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrating supply chain data with advanced analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with forecasting models (e.g., ARIMA, time series analysis) and demand planning tools.
