About the role :

The SEO – AI Adoption Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools, automation workflows, and intelligent data analysis into SEO processes.

You will work closely with SEO teams, developers, and leadership to design AI-powered systems that improve SEO execution, reporting, and strategy development.

Your focus will be on reducing manual SEO work, increasing output quality, and enabling smarter decision-making through AI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve SEO workflows and operational efficiency
• Implement AI-powered tools for keyword research, content optimisation, and SEO auditing
• Design automated workflows for SEO reporting, data collection, and performance monitoring
• Use AI models to analyse large SEO datasets and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with SEO analysts, developers, and content teams to implement AI-driven recommendations
• Create internal documentation and SOPs for AI-powered SEO workflows
• Train SEO team members on AI tools, automation techniques, and productivity frameworks
• Monitor the impact of AI adoption on campaign performance and operational efficiency
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, SEO algorithm changes, and automation tools

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and search engine ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Experience using AI tools for research, content optimisation, and data analysis
• Ability to identify automation opportunities in SEO workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate AI-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
