AI Solutions & Project Management Intern Full Time NEW

We are seeking recent B.Tech graduates to join our AI Solutions and Pre-Sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, business consulting, and enterprise solution design.

As an Associate AI Solutions & Pre-Sales Analyst, you will support the creation of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients by preparing proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), business cases, and solution documentation. You will work closely with AI architects, solution consultants, delivery teams, and business leaders to help organizations adopt Generative AI and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and documentation of AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, capability decks, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and solution architects to develop solution approaches and implementation plans.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs), project scope documents, assumptions, dependencies, and effort estimates.
• Research emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for AI transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and client-facing documentation.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other platforms to improve proposal quality and productivity.
• Maintain repositories of AI use cases, case studies, reusable solution components, and proposal templates.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Electronics, or related fields.
• Strong academic background and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Cloud Platforms.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern technology stacks.
• Experience with research, technical documentation, or presentation creation.
• Exposure to business analysis, consulting, or product management projects.
