AI Workflow Automation Engineer Full Time

We are looking for an AI Workflow Automation Engineer who can study existing workflows across departments, identify manual and repetitive steps, and convert them into AI-enabled automated workflows with no or limited human intervention.

The role requires a combination of business process understanding, AI tool usage, workflow automation, and system integration.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Evaluation

·       Study workflows across Sales, Customer Service, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Management reporting.

·       Identify manual, repetitive, delayed, duplicate, or unnecessary steps.

·       Suggest process steps that can be removed, simplified, automated, or converted into AI workflows.

Stakeholder Coordination

·       Collaborate with department heads, users, Business Analysts, Salesforce Admins, Developers, and management.

·       Understand business requirements and convert them into clear automation logic.

·       Challenge existing processes and suggest more efficient ways of working.

AI Workflow Creation

·       Design AI-based workflows for lead/inquiry classification, call/email/WhatsApp summaries, auto task creation, follow-up recommendations, escalations, reminders, report generation, HR/attendance/leave analysis, document extraction, and SOP/training assistance.

·       Define where AI should automate, where it should recommend, and where human approval is required.

System Integration

·       Build and support integrations between Salesforce CRM, SAP, ChatGPT/Open LLM models, Ozonetel, GreytHR, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, n8n, and other APIs or automation tools.

·       Ensure smooth data flow between systems with proper triggers, conditions, notifications, and exception handling.

Automation Development, Testing & Documentation

·       Build workflows using n8n, APIs, webhooks, scripts, Salesforce Flows, and AI tools.

·       Test workflows before rollout and monitor errors, failures, incorrect AI outputs, and improvement areas.

·       Maintain clear documentation of workflow logic, systems involved, data flow, exceptions, approval points, and audit trail.

Required Skills

·       Understanding of AI tools, LLMs, ChatGPT, and prompt engineering.

·       Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.

·       Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.

·       Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred; exposure to SAP/ERP, HRMS, CTI, or Google Workspace will be an advantage.

·       Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript preferred.

·       Ability to understand business workflows and convert them into automation logic.

·       Strong problem-solving, communication, testing, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

·       2–5 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, system integration, or digital transformation.

·       Experience with Salesforce, SAP, n8n, OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or calling/WhatsApp tools will be preferred.

·       Experience in B2B sales, distribution, manufacturing, customer service, HR, or operations processes will be an advantage.

Qualification

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc IT / Computer Science / Data Science / AI / Engineering background preferred. Hands-on automation experience will be given higher importance than qualification alone.
