We are hiring an Analytical Business Manager

🔹 Role Purpose

To drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing hospital performance, generating actionable insights, and supporting leadership in improving operational and financial outcomes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze hospital data across departments (OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics) to identify trends and improvement areas

• Develop and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers

• Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic and operational decisions

• Monitor KPIs, revenue, utilization, and process efficiency

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams for data accuracy and implementation of improvements

• Work on automation and optimization of reporting systems

🔹 Key Requirements

• Postgraduate (MBA / MHA or equivalent)

• 3–6 years of experience in hospital/healthcare analytics or operations

• Strong expertise in MIS, dashboards, Excel, and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with HIS and hospital workflows

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred

• Experience in healthcare analytics tools / BI platforms

• Exposure to hospital operations and revenue cycle management
