Analytics Product Manager Full Time

As we scale our analytics solutions globally, we are seeking an experienced Analytics Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

Expectations:

• Familiarity in procurement and/or supply chain domain
• Proven track record of delivering highly customized enterprise products across multiple regions/value streams
• Demonstrated ability to build product vision and roadmaps from scratch
• Hands-on experience in product discovery, stakeholder management, and expectation management
• Strong understanding of the data and analytics lifecycle, including working with data science teams
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc., and ability to work with SQL and analytics platforms
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and enterprise CI/CD practices is a plus
• Prior experience in FMCG, large-scale enterprise systems, or consulting is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and product specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly in procurement and supply chain functions
• Deliver and scale custom-built analytics products across geographies and business units
• Guide development processes across Agile and Waterfall frameworks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Lead product discovery efforts, defining problems clearly before solutioning
• Oversee product deployment, change management, and adoption across regions
• Ensure analytics outputs (models, dashboards, reports) are actionable and drive strategic decision-making
