AP+Audit (SA/Manager) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Audit. The role involves managing end-to-end AP processes, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in line with company policies
• Handle vendor queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely closures
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP function

Audit & Compliance

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors and resolve audit queries
• Ensure adherence to Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP (as applicable)
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to payables
• Identify risks and implement control mechanisms
• Support management with MIS and reporting requirements

Key Requirements

• Qualified CA with 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Audit (Statutory/Internal)
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
