🚀 About the Role: Applications Engineer

The Applications Engineer will support global sales and technical teams by developing competitive, technically sound proposals and ensuring smooth project handover. This role involves application engineering, cost estimation, tendering, technical sales support and working with PLC systems and electrical panels.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Partner with global sales teams to provide technical and commercial expertise
• Develop solution-based proposals that balance customer needs with business goals
• Define project scope clearly and estimate costs accurately
• Prepare documentation packs and support pre-award activities
• Attend technical meetings and marketing events locally and internationally

Project Handover

• Ensure smooth transition of technical and commercial documentation to operations

Innovation & Development

• Contribute to new product development and supply chain initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and committed to excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Experience in a similar industry is a plus
• Strong foundation in electrical or instrumentation systems

• Clear and confident communicator across cultures and teams
• Organized, methodical, and able to manage priorities effectively
• Quick learner with a passion for mastering diverse product lines
• Resilient under pressure and deadline-driven
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Familiarity with CAD is a bonus
