We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Apprentice for graphic designing to support the Marketing & Communications team in delivering high-quality visual assets across print and digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time corporate branding, end-to-end design execution, and marketing initiatives within a leading global real estate consulting firm, along with experience in production processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Tenure: 12 months (extendable)
Location: Gurgaon (cybercity)
Eligibility criteria: freshers with undergraduation/diploma in design related fields
Roles and responsibilities:
Support the creation of visual communication assets aligned with brand and business objectives
Design and adapt:
Corporate brochures, reports, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements
Presentations and HTML mailers
Digital and social media creatives
Social media and internal videos/reels/GIFs
Prepare rough layouts, mock-ups, and draft designs for internal review
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual identity across all deliverables
Optimise creatives for multi-platform usage across print and digital platforms
Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects
Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage revisions within defined timelines
Stay informed about basic design trends, tools, and software updates
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic proficiency in design tools such as:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop / Premiere Pro)
Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint / Word/ Outlook)
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
Strong collaborative and communication skills
High learning agility and openness to feedback
Experience with AI integration in workflows is a plus
