Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and related test-preparation topics for college students and early-career professionals. The role involves preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and assessments, and using data from tests to identify learning gaps and adjust teaching strategies. The trainer will conduct interactive workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock tests to help learners improve speed, accuracy, and test-taking strategies for campus placements and competitive exams. The role also includes collaborating with academic and placement teams, providing performance feedback to learners, and continuously updating content based on current recruitment trends and exam patterns.
Qualifications

• Strong aptitude skills with proven expertise in quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Experience in classroom training, coaching, or mentoring, preferably in campus placement training or competitive exam preparation.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice sets, and assessments aligned with recruitment and exam requirements.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, online testing platforms, learning management systems) to support teaching and evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, patience, and learner-centric approach, with a commitment to inclusive and respectful classroom practices.
• Willingness to work on campus schedules, including intensive training periods aligned with placement seasons.
