Job Description – AR Caller (Medical Billing)
Knack Global is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the profile of AR Caller in the Medical Billing process. The role involves handling insurance claim follow-ups, resolving billing issues, and communicating with healthcare insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied medical claims
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and payment status
- Analyze claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and conversations
- Work on both backend operations and voice process
- Meet productivity and quality targets as assigned
Required Skills:
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of medical billing is preferred
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of experience OR Graduate Freshers
- Immediate joiners preferred
