AR Caller – Remote Full Time

TrueAlly Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare KPO based in India with operations in Haryana and Kolkata, specializing in Behavioral Health services for the US market.

• Follow up on outstanding medical bills and invoices for US healthcare clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile customer accounts.
• Contact insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing issues.
• Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with medical coders and billers to improve customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on accounts receivable balances and outstanding payments.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be comfortable with medical billing software and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role in the healthcare industry is typically required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
