Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for AR Executives US Healthcare. The role requires working within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to manage account operations, interact with clients, and effectively handle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for US-based healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include addressing client queries, ensuring efficient claims processing, conducting follow-ups on outstanding payments, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management with a focus on managing client relationships and AR processes
• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including consultative approaches to engaging clients
• Familiarity with Consultative Selling and understanding client-specific solutions
• Knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector, particularly in US healthcare systems and RCM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven track record of handling AR processes for healthcare clients is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
