📍 Role: Area Business Manager (ABM)

📍 Headquarters: Ghaziabad

📍 Covering Territory: Noida, Greater Noida, Bulandshahr

#CTC: #Up_to_8_LPA (Based on experience and performance) + Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📌 Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive a team of Medical Representatives to achieve regional targets.

📌 Market Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, healthcare professionals, and stockists across the assigned territory.

📌 Business Development: Implement strategic marketing campaigns and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.

📌 Sales and Distribution: Ensure optimum product availability and effective liquidation through robust supply chain coordination.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales management (experience in the designated territories is a major plus).

✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

✔️ Drive: High energy, goal-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
