Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Operations Assistant, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless gym operations across multiple centers, supporting the operations team in achieving business goals, and addressing any customer service needs. The Area Operations Assistant will also assist in implementing operational strategies and policies, maintaining smooth workflows, and coordinating with team members to address any logistical challenges. The Assistant will also travel and spend adequate time at different locations to streamline the operations and conduct apt training of staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure the efficient running of gym functions
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and optimize operations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective internal team collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Experience in handling administrative tasks and multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to travel across the country and spend adequate time at different centers
• Prior experience in fitness or health club management is a plus
• Familiarity with gym management software or tools is an added advantage
