Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Executive (ASE) role based in Darbhanga. The ASE will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and ensuring effective coverage of the assigned territory. Daily activities include visiting market outlets, executing promotions, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring product availability and visibility as per company standards. The role also involves tracking secondary sales, collecting market feedback, and providing regular reports and insights to the sales manager. The ASE will work closely with internal teams to support new product launches and drive volume growth in the region.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable business.
• Territory management, route planning, and channel management capabilities in FMCG or related sectors.
• Good communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with distributors and retailers.
• Analytical skills for tracking sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other sales reporting tools.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior field sales experience in FMCG is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered.
• Ability to work independently in the field, travel within the assigned territory, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
