Role Description
The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, performance tracking, and HR MIS. The role requires strong operational HR knowledge and the ability to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & hiring (sourcing to offer rollout)
* Onboarding, lifecycle & exit management
* HR operations (attendance, payroll inputs, records)
* Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
* Performance management & appraisals
* Employee engagement initiatives
* HR MIS & reporting
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–5 years of HR operations experience
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll & compliance
* Proficiency in HRMS, Excel & payroll tools
* Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
* FMCG / Manufacturing / Logistics experience preferred
