Assistant/ Executive Store Full Time

Job Purpose:

To assist in managing storage and distribution of materials, spares, and consumables for mining operations while ensuring accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and compliance with safety and operational standards through SAP/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, consumables and spares in SAP/ERP systems.

• Assist in stock reconciliation, physical verification and inventory audits.

• Ensure proper storage, bin-wise allocation, labeling and housekeeping standards.

• Support receipt, issue and safe handling of materials to minimize damage and wastage.

• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain inward material records and support verification/quality checks.

• Prepare stock reports, material issue records and consumption reports.

• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams for uninterrupted material availability.

• Assist during internal and external audits/inspections.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Working knowledge of SAP MM Module / ERP systems preferred.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in stores, inventory management or material handling preferably in the mining industry.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of SAP MM module and inventory control practices.

• Understanding of store operations, procurement processes, and reporting.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Awareness of safety and statutory compliance in store operations.
