Assistant IT Manager – Laboratory Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Sr. Executive /Assistant IT Manager who will be responsible for supporting and managing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), lab instrument interfaces, camera systems, CRM, and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete network infrastructure across all collection centres

• Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of hardware systems
• Handle LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, VPN & server support
• Monitor CCTV, biometric, printer & system networking
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement & AMC
• Ensure smooth functioning of laboratory software and IT systems
• Data backup, cybersecurity & system security management
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to branches

Key Skills & Knowledge:

· Good understanding of laboratory operations.

· Strong knowledge of Networking & Hardware Troubleshooting ((including cameras and instruments).

· Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Servers

· Experience with laboratory workflows and Softwares

· Hands-on knowledge of instrument interfacing with LIMS.

· Familiarity with lab automation devices like Beckman Coulter, Abbott, Siemens (preferred).

· Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 Years experience in Network & Hardware Management
• Experience in healthcare/diagnostic industry preferred

Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Hardware & Networking or related field
• Certification in Networking/Hardware will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
