Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring their proper functioning, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay informed about industry’s best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facilities management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to assign tasks and monitor their execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any graduate with 5–7 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management within a reputed corporate setup
• Candidates with a hospitality background will have an added advantage
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills preferred
• Good communication and organizational abilities are essential
