🎯 Key Responsibilities
✓ Lead brewery operations and ensure timely production delivery
✓ Drive VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) pillar implementation
✓ Achieve brewing KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost
✓ Ensure compliance with QEHS, GMP, HACCP, and food integrity standards
✓ Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and customer complaints
✓ Monitor brewing quality and improve quality index metrics
✓ Ensure environmental, safety, and legal compliance standards
✓ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
✓ Manage and develop team capabilities through training and feedback
✓ Implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
✓ Control brewing costs and improve operational efficiency
